Wenn du dich auf der Port-Coralis-Warteliste einträgst, verarbeiten wir deine E-Mail-Adresse sowie deine Sprachpräferenz auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Kommunikation). Zweck der Verarbeitung ist die Vorbereitung des Produktstarts, die Benachrichtigung über Alpha- und Beta-Phasen sowie – sofern ausdrücklich zugestimmt – der Versand von Produkt-News.
Für den E-Mail-Versand (z. B. Bestätigungs- und Benachrichtigungs-Mails) nutzen wir den Dienst Resend (betrieben von Resend, Inc., USA). Hierbei werden E-Mail-Adresse, Sprache und Inhalt der Nachricht zur Auslieferung an Resend übermittelt. Resend agiert als Auftragsverarbeiter im Sinne von Art. 28 DSGVO. Die Übermittlung in Drittländer erfolgt auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.
Wenn du dem Erhalt von Produkt-News und Updates zugestimmt hast, erfolgt dieser Versand ausschließlich auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 UWG). Du kannst diese Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen — eine kurze Mail an contact@c-arena.com reicht aus.
Wir speichern deine Wartelisten-Daten bis zum Start des Produkts bzw. bis zum Widerruf deiner Einwilligung. Anschließend werden die Daten gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
Dir stehen die Rechte auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO) und Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO) zu. Information per GDPR
When you join the Port Coralis waitlist, we process your email address and your language preference on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication). The purpose is to prepare the product launch, to notify you about alpha and beta phases, and — where you have explicitly agreed — to send product news.
For sending emails (e.g. confirmation and notification messages) we use the service Resend (operated by Resend, Inc., USA). Your email address, language and message content are transmitted to Resend for delivery. Resend acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to third countries are based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
If you have consented to receive product news and updates, this is sent solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 7(2) No. 3 UWG). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future — a short email to contact@c-arena.com is sufficient.
We store your waitlist data until the product launches or until you withdraw your consent. The data is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
